FRV College is an academic institution in the City of Bogo, Cebu. It occupies a land area of 3.9 hectares. The school was founded by Mr. Isidro P. Jamoral Jr. & Madam Clomen Mendoza Verallo Jamoral. It was named after her father, Atty. Felipe R. Verallo, a lawyer and agriculturist by profession who was her mentor and inspiration. The school was dedicated to her father to immortalize his vision to deliver quality education among Bogohanons and to the Filipinos.
FRV College is an institution of higher learning that envisions itself as an inclusive, high quality and service oriented school responsive of the needs of the industry and the local & international community. Its apostolic mission is to offer reasonable education opportunities to all sectors of society.
Through a liberal orientation, a commitment to standards of excellence, and equitable access to education, the college contributes to the formation of young men & women who are not only responsible and just but also strong pillars of industry and society.
Through the years, since 2018, we have been getting lab equipments from The Cleveland Clinic in the US. This is made possible through Dr Maria Hsia. They have sent through Balikbayan boxes or when they come to visit.
In 2026 or 2027, there is a planned Medical Mission to Bogo where the school will be the venue for registration and initial check-up. We are still working on collaboration with a local hospital for any cases that need to be handled there.
